Sponsorship Information
Dear Valued Sponsor:
The 2024 South Carolina Section Championship will be held at Belton Gun Club on March 21st through March 24th, 2023. The South Carolina Section Championship Match is highly regarded as one of the premier USPSA matches in the Southeastern United States, staffed by an all-volunteer workforce. Throughout the previous years we have averaged over 300 participants.
We are currently seeking sponsorship commitments from within the outdoor community to support this event. We offer levels of sponsorship packages ranging from banner placement on our webpage, Facebook and Instagram pages, digital match books available to all shooters, and placement of advertisement materials on the stages and in our registration areas. All sponsors will receive recognition in both our match book and in the 2024 South Carolina state section of our website at https://www.scsectionuspsamatch.org . Title Match, Match and Vendor Area Sponsors will have their logo prominently featured on our match jerseys and t-shirts. These will be worn by all match staff and will be available for purchase.

Title Match Sponsor Level
(2 sponsors)
● Requires a donation of $1,750 cash or equal value merchandise. If discount coupons are included, they must not represent more than $500 worth of the donation.
● Match will be named after the sponsor(s). For example, our 2023 match was named "2023 South Carolina Section Championship sponsored by Davinci Machining and C&C Ammo."
● Large logo on the back of the match jerseys and t-shirts. All staff members will wear the match jersey with the logo on it during the match. All shooters will be given the option of purchasing a match jersey and t-shirt as well.
● Title Match Sponsor will be listed on the cover of the match booklet with a large logo.
● Title Match Sponsor will be announced on all club/match social media with embedded links to your site.
● Title Match Sponsor will be listed on our web page https://www.scsectionuspsamatch.org/ with embedded links to your site.
● Full page add in match book. You are welcome to send in a custom advertisement.
● Title Sponsor will be announced to each squad during the stage briefing. (In the name of the match)
● Sponsor may display supplied logos or banners in prominent locations throughout the venue.
● Title Match Sponsors may utilize the vendor area. We will provide Named Match Sponsors with up to 3 tables if needed. If tables are needed, please let us know prior to March 1st, 2024.
● Title Match sponsors will receive 2 free shooter slots. You may elect to add $150.00 in retail merchandise to your contribution in order to place up to one additional sponsored shooter in the match.
Match Sponsor Level
(3 sponsors)
● Requires a donation of $1250 cash or equal value merchandise. If discount coupons are included, they must not represent more than $250 of the donation.
● Medium logo on the back of the match shirts. All staff members will wear the match shirt with the logo on it during the match. All shooters will be given the option of purchasing a match shirt as well.
● Match Sponsor will be announced on all club/match social media with embedded links to your site.
● Match Sponsor will be listed on our web page https://www.scsectionuspsamatch.org/ with embedded links to your site.
● Listed on the cover of the match booklet with a medium color logo.
● Full page color advertisement in match book. You are welcome to send in a custom advertisement.
● Sponsor may display supplied logos or banners in prominent locations throughout the venue.
● Match Sponsors may utilize the vendor area. We will provide Match Sponsors with up to 2 tables if needed. If tables are needed, please let us know prior to March 1st, 2024.
● Match Sponsors will receive 1 free shooter slot. You may elect to add $150.00 in retail merchandise to your contribution to place up to one additional sponsored shooter in the match.
Stage Sponsor Level
(10 sponsors)
● Requires a donation of $1000.00 cash or equal value merchandise. If discount coupons are included, they must not represent more than $200.00 of the donation.
● Will have a half page ad in the match booklet. You are welcome to send in a custom advertisement.
● Stage Sponsor will be announced on club/match social media with embedded links to your site.

Contributor Level
(unlimited sponsors at this level)
● Requires a minimum donation of $150.00 cash or retail value merchandise.
● Business name listed on a page of the match booklet that thanks our donors.
All sponsor levels may provide materials (i.e. flyers, pamphlet, etc….) to be placed in the shooter’s registration packet. All sponsor levels will be listed on our webpage at https://www.scsectionuspsamatch.org/ Sponsors are required to email the match director a large, high resolution or vector-based logo file in order for the logo to be included on our shirts.
ALL DONATED MERCHANDISE AND MONEY WILL GO TO SHOOTERS OR STAFF. NOTHING WILL BE SOLD. CASH DONATIONS WILL GO TOWARDS MATCH COSTS OR WILL BE USED TO PURCHASE ITEMS FOR THE PRIZE TABLES.
